LanczosNet:多尺度深度图卷积网络

摘要

我们提出了一种基于Lanczos算法构建图拉普拉斯矩阵低秩近似的图卷积网络——Lanczos网络(LanczosNet)。借助Lanczos算法的三对角分解,我们不仅通过快速近似计算矩阵幂高效地利用了多尺度信息,还设计了可学习的谱滤波器。由于完全可微分,LanczosNet既支持图核学习,也支持节点嵌入学习。我们展示了LanczosNet与基于图的流形学习方法之间的联系,特别是扩散映射。我们在引文网络和QM8量子化学数据集上将我们的模型与几个最近的深度图网络进行了基准测试。实验结果表明,我们的模型在大多数任务中达到了最先进的性能。代码已发布在:\url{https://github.com/lrjconan/LanczosNetwork}。
