AFAD stands for Asian Face Age Dataset, which is a dataset for evaluating the performance of age estimation from facial images. The dataset contains more than 160,000 facial images and corresponding age and gender labels. This dataset performs age estimation on Asian faces, so all facial images are Asian faces. This dataset is the largest age estimation dataset to date. It is very suitable for evaluating how to use deep learning methods for age estimation.
