This dataset is used in the paper "Drug Repositioning Based on Adaptive GCN Method".

To comprehensively evaluate the performance of the proposed model, the research team used four benchmark datasets, such as Gdataset (Gottlieb et al. 2011), Cdataset (Luo et al. 2016), Ldataset (Yu et al. 2021), and LRSSL (Liang et al. 2017), which are widely used in drug repositioning tasks.

• Gdataset is also considered the gold standard dataset and includes 1933 validated drug-disease associations between 593 drugs from DrugBank and 313 diseases listed in the OMIM database.
• The Cdataset contains 663 drugs, 409 diseases, and 2352 interacting drug-disease pairs and first appeared in the Luo et al. (2016) study.
• Ldataset is compiled from the CTD dataset (Davis et al. 2017) and contains 18,416 associations between 269 drugs and 598 diseases.
• The last dataset, LRSSL, contains 3,051 validated drug-disease associations involving 763 drugs and 681 diseases.
