The ABIDE dataset is a collection of functional and structural brain imaging data collected from laboratories to accelerate the understanding of the neural basis of autism. The dataset is a collaboration of 16 international imaging sites that aggregate and publicly share neuroimaging data from 539 ASD patients and 573 typical controls. The 1112 dataset consists of structural and resting-state functional MRI data as well as a wealth of phenotypic information.
