1. Tutorial Introduction

Build

DeepSeek-Prover-V2-7B is an open-source large language model developed by the DeepSeek team on May 1, 2025, specifically designed for the Lean 4 mathematical AI programming language. Its most significant feature is its seamless integration of informal mathematical reasoning (i.e., reasoning methods commonly used by humans) and rigorous formal proof, allowing the model to think flexibly like a human while performing rigorous proofs like a computer, achieving an integrated fusion of mathematical reasoning. Related research papers are available. DeepSeek-Prover-V2: Advancing Formal Mathematical Reasoning via Reinforcement Learning for Subgoal Decomposition .

This tutorial uses a single card A6000 as the resource. This model only supports mathematical reasoning problems.
