Causal Inference

Causal inference is a task based on the conditions under which effects occur, to deduce causal relationships. Its goal is to identify the causal mechanisms between variables from observational data, providing decision support for scientific experiments, policy evaluations, and medical diagnoses, among other fields. By parsing the causal structures within complex systems, causal inference can uncover potential causal pathways, enhancing the interpretability and predictive power of models.
