BKAI stands for BioKinesiology Association of Ireland, and IGH stands for Institute of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. This is an image dataset about fine-grained polyp segmentation, containing 1,200 images (1,000 WLI images and 200 FICE images), all with fine-grained segmentation annotations. The polyps in the images are divided into tumor and non-tumor categories, represented by red and green respectively. There are 1,000 images in the training set and 200 images in the test set.

This dataset is part of the NeoPolyp dataset and can be used to study the field of automatic polyp segmentation.
