This dataset is a brain MRI dataset for tumor detection and analysis, containing high-quality multi-sequence brain MRI scans from different patients. These scans contain T1-weighted (pre- and post-contrast), T2-weighted, FLAIR, and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) sequences. - Total Scans: 43k+ MRI scans on 1,500+ patients.
- Sequences: T1-weighted (pre- and post-contrast), T2-weighted, FLAIR, and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI).
- Note: The presence and type of tumor, grade, and segmentation masks used to accurately delineate the tumor were expertly validated by board-certified radiologists.
- Data included: patient demographics (age, sex, medical history), imaging parameters (magnetic field strength, slice thickness, acquisition time), and clinical records (tumor grade, treatment history, survival outcomes).
