The ACM on Programming Languages (PACMPL) conference proceedings, OOPSLA, welcomes papers focusing on all practical and theoretical research in programming systems, languages, and environments. Papers may address any stage of software development, including requirements, modeling, prototyping, design, implementation, generation, analysis, verification, testing, evaluation, maintenance, and reuse of software systems. Contributions may include the development of new tools, techniques, principles, and evaluations.

OOPSLA 2027 will feature two review rounds, with the first round submission deadline on October 14, 2026, and the second round submission deadline on April 7, 2027 (AoE). All deadlines are firm. New papers may be submitted to either round. Papers accepted in any round will be published in the 2027 PACMPL (OOPSLA) conference proceedings and invited for live presentation at the 2027 SPLASH conference.
